Every Motivation ROCKS order is hand-written and carefully packaged before it ships. We take pride in the quality of every rock. But we're human, and occasionally things go wrong — a damaged shipment, a message that wasn't quite right, or just a change of heart. We've got you covered.
Email us at hello@realmotivationrocks.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the rock arrived damaged, include a photo. We respond within 1 business day.
You do not need to ship the rock back to us unless we specifically request it. In most cases, we'll process a replacement or refund based on your description and photo alone.
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If we made an error or your item arrived damaged, we'll cover the cost of shipping a replacement. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
